Cleanroom  Application
 
of sealant joints in medical rooms with strict requirements to hygiene and frequent use of cleaning agents and disinfectants, e. g. operating theatres, medical examination rooms, medical laboratories. Swiftseal are recommended sealant applicators for hospitals and clean suite where critical finalizing of sealant ensures the inhibition of microbiological or bacterial growth.

Secure Unit Application of anti-pick sealant to the perimeter cell doors and windows, prisons fixings and sanitary ware, or areas subject to vandalism. Swiftseal offer a stain free insulation of materials in a variety of internal stress relief joint systems where a tough, non pick seal is required.

High Traffic Application of  two component polyurethane based sealant, formulated as a fast cure product for flooring movement joints in both new and remedial applications. The fast cure speed combined with excellent physical properties and chemical resistance, makes these products suitable where flooring joints need to be brought back into service quickly.

Movement Control Joint Application is a key element in the integrality of modern construction. the lack of, or inadequate, control joints can produce unsightly and damaging cracking. If control joints are to be effective, and perform their intended function, Swiftseal provide and apply the latest high quality MS Polymer based system and have been credited with completing 68,967.6 metres of  track joints on the Manchester Metro link

Structural Glazing Sealant Application
 
is a method utilizing a silicone adhesive to attach glass, metal, or other panel material to the structure of a building. Wind load and other impact loads on the facade are transferred from the glass or panel, through the structural silicone sealant to the structure of the building. The silicone sealant must maintain adhesive and cohesive integrity as the facade is
subjected to wind load and thermal stress. A testament to our operations was the clinical finish of the frontage on the John Lewis Building Liverpool 1.


Fire Protection Sealant Application  measures are intended to contain a fire in the fire compartment of origin, thus limiting the spread of fire and smoke for a limited period of time, as determined the local building code and fire code. Swiftseal`s role its to seal, such as fire-stop, fire walls, and fire doors, and can supply a expressed fire resistance of  (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4 hour).
